Role/Responsibilities: • To support sales team for closing high sum insured or premium business. • To handle the premium and profitable products. • To help advisors in need-based approach selling. • To train & develop advisors on profitable products selling. • To analyze the loss ratio of advisors and to maintain profitable portfolio for them. • To maintain product mix for the territory. • To maintain MIS for profitable business. Required Experience: • 4-5 years of experience in Insurance Industry. • Expertise in data & people management. • Good in data presentation. • Public speaking skills, coaching skills & communication skills. Required Qualification: • Any Graduate • Well verse with regional language. Others: • Ready to mobile within territory. Products – Health Premia, Personal Accident, Travel Assure, Health Recharge – More than 5 Lacs, All products more than 15 lacs. CTC: 5 to 6 lacs (Fixed) + Other Variables Grade – M7 Location – Ahmedabad, Mumbai – Andheri, Central Line
